บริการห้องพักรายเดือนของ 45 แมนชั่น สำหรับลูกค้าที่ต้องการพักอาศัยระยะยาว (สัญญาขั้นต่ำ 6 เดือน) โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้:

หมายเหตุ

• ชุดเฟอร์นิเจอร์ประกอบด้วย ชุดโต๊ะเครื่องแป้งพร้อมเก้าอี้, เตียงขนาด 5 ฟุตพร้อมเบาะนอน, ชั้นวางทีวี, ตู้เสื้อผ้า และ ชั้นวางของ
• สำหรับลูกค้าที่เช่าห้องแอร์ สามารถจอดรถยนต์ได้ฟรี 1 คัน

ห้องพักโดยรวม

• ขนาดห้องพักโดยประมาณ 22 ตารางเมตร
• ระเบียงทุกห้องมีประตูมุ้งลวดพร้อมราวเอนกประสงค์
• ประตูทุกห้องมีตาแมวและที่ล็อกภายใน

เงื่อนไขการเช่าพัก

• ชำระเงินประกัน 2 เดือน  และค่าเช่าล่วงหน้า 1 เดือน
• พักอาศัยได้ไม่เกินห้องละ 2 ท่าน
• มีบริการพิเศษให้เช่าโทรทัศน์ , ตู้เย็น และ เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น

เอกสารและเงื่อนไขในการจองห้องพัก

• สำเนาบัตรประชาชน และ เบอร์โทรติดต่อกลับ (สามารถจองผ่าน E-mail ได้)
• เงินค่ามัดจำการจอง 1,000 บาท โดยลูกค้าสามารถมาชำระได้ที่สำนักงานของ 45 mansion หรือ โอนผ่านธนาคารแล้วแจ้งรายการการโอนเงินได้ที่ แจ้งการชำระเงิน
• ลูกค้าที่จองห้องพักต้องทำการย้ายเข้าพักไม่เกิน 30 วันนับจากวันรับเงินค่ามัดจำการจอง มิฉะนั้นทาง 45 mansion ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในห้องพักดังกล่าว

 
อัตราค่าสาธารณูปโภค

• ค่าน้ำ ยูนิตละ 18 บาท
• ค่าไฟฟ้า ยูนิตละ 7 บาท
• ค่าโทรศัพท์ คิดค่าบริการตามอัตราการโทรออก
• ค่าบริการเคเบิลทีวี เดือนละ 100 บาท
• ค่าบริการ อินเตอร์เน็ตไร้สาย (Wi-Fi) เริ่มต้นที่ 100 บาท

Monthly Rental Room Service

45 Mansion is pleased to offer you monthly rental room service which suitable for long-term stay (minimum 6 months contract) as following:

Note:

• Furniture set including dressing table set, 5 feet bed, TV table, wardrobe, and shelf cabinet.
• Free 1 Parking lot only for customer who rent air-conditioned room.

• Room size of 22 square meters
• Corridor, Aluminum Fly Screen Door, and Hanging Rail
• Peephole and in-room double lock

Rental terms and conditions

• Require 2 months deposit and 1 month prepaid rental
• Normal room live not more than 2 persons

• Special rented service for TV, Refrigerator, and Instant water heater

 

Document and terms of room booking

• Copy of ID card and Telephone number (booking can be done via e-mail)
• Deposit of room booking contract is 1,000 THB; Pay by cash at 45 Mansion or Bank transfer (inform payment after transferred at inform payment)
• Moving-in must be made within 30 days after deposit of room booking contact date. No show within 30 day the booking will be canceled.

Public utility rate

• Water 18 Baht/unit
• Electricity 7 Baht/unit
• Charge per real-time dial used
• Cable TV 100 Baht per month
• Internet Wi-Fi start from 100 Baht
